Program description

By submitting a form with your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Always Moving Capital about your funding request, application status, document requests, appointment reminders, and related business funding options.

Opt-in method

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on an Always Moving Capital website form and checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is optional and is not checked by default.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your request, application status, documentation needs, and follow-up needs.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for SMS or MMS messages according to your wireless plan.

Opt out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Consent not required

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to submit a funding request. You may contact us directly by phone or email instead.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except vendors necessary to provide SMS delivery services.
